I remember seeing Chiyotaikai back in 1996 with his stable master. He had the look and there is no doubting he is a great champion, 3 yusho. That’s the rub unlike his stable master he lacks that spirit which a wrestler of his size needs to tumble the behemoths. The ceremonial rank would always elude him.

BTW I see that old warhorse Kaio is still chucking the salt in the top division. Another great champ, but tellingly no zensho yusho.

Secondly why are our death numbers running at two to three times everyone else’s? Add up the Franco/German numbers to get a force size roughly equal in size to our own and their dead are a fraction of ours. AND we’re giving gold to the Taliban Fan to stop them killing us!!!
