Take them out now. Nail bombs, thermo baric bombs, fire bombs, ANY bombs would knock out our response teams in the capital and then the EVIL GENIUS could have at us any time.

If Alexander Litvinenko could be poisoned the very next year AFTER the whole nation was tied up like a fart in a space suite then surely pre 7/7 it would have been a piece of cake to get the nails and the semtex together at the correct places.
