I remember reading about great roads through what is now Amazon jungle. The great lung that is the Amazon was full of people before Columbus “discovered” the dump. It was not all green and leafy. Sure enough and that’s just basic research on the cheap. Imagine what ruins we’d discover if Al Gore’s millions were used to explore further.
