    AP,

    the worrying thing is the likelyhood that non-state actors, i.e. well out of governmental and hence our theoritcal control, have it in their magic tool boxes.

    It's the Russian/Saudi angle in the Mid-East malarky that is the most important.

    Thats why I put it up today, but no one anywhere is getting it.
